Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping Marker 138. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your gear gets to you. If you have a question we don't cover, reach us anytime at info@marker138.com.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Note: Your 30-day exchange window begins on the date we send your shipping confirmation and tracking number. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We currently ship within the United States via [USPS / UPS].

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is in the carrier's hands, transit time is up to them.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't moved after a few business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Shipping Delays

Weather, peak seasons, and carrier backlogs can occasionally slow things down. We pack and ship as quickly as we can, but once a package leaves us, delivery timing is in the carrier's control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at info@marker138.com and we'll do what we can to help.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email info@marker138.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
